A new asynchronous version of the API has been added to support asynchronous programming (asynchronous/wait) for all operations.
The cross platform. NET version now supports Microsoft NET Core 3.1 and NET 5/6。 This opens. NET development not only on Microsoft Windows, but also on Linux and Apple macOS.
Improved installation through NuGet or non Windows platforms. The license key can be set in code for easy use on non Windows systems.
Version C++/Qt

The Linux C++Edition library has been updated to use an internal implementation of SSL/TLS and other cryptographic functions. When working on Linux, OpenSSL is no longer a dependency, and the linker option – lssl lcrypto is not required.
Delphi version
Now Firemonkey supports cross platform development on Microsoft Windows, Linux and Apple macOS.
The component installation location has been changed to the user’s Documents folder, and the IDE search path has been updated. During installation, if a previous version exists, you will be prompted to uninstall it.
Java/Android Edition
Java and Android versions have been merged. This will improve the developer experience with mobile and desktop applications.
